Auditions

Entry to the choir is by audition, which takes around 10 minutes.

You should prepare a short piece beforehand (for example, a song or hymn that you like). The audition is conducted by Leslie and one of the committee members. You will be asked about your previous singing experience, and the types of music that you have performed.

You will be asked to sing your line from one of the numbers that the choir is rehearsing, followed by your prepared piece and some sight-reading.
