Entry to the choir is by audition, which takes around 10 minutes. You should prepare a short piece beforehand (for example, a song or hymn that you like).

The audition is conducted by Leslie and one of the committee members.

You will be asked by Leslie about your previous singing experience, and the types of music that you have performed.

Leslie will then ask you to sing your line from one of the numbers that the choir is rehearsing, followed by your prepared piece and some sight--reading.
